Service Terms & Conditions
007 Secretarial SMS

This monthly plan is charged on basis of per registered mobile number. |

Prepayment of 007 Secretarial SMS service fee is not refundable nor being used to
settle any other service charges of Wharf T&T Limited. |
| 3. |
If customer fails to subscribe email bill, service plan will be converted into the package
with postal bill (HK$34/month). |
| 4. |
Upon expiry of the contract, the plan will be renewed automatically. Customers are
required to give 1 week notice to Wharf T&TLimited for contract termination. The termination
will be effective in the following month and there will be no refund for any prepaid
service fee. |

Receiving International SMS while overseas may incur additional charges. Please
check with your mobile operator for details. |

We will try our best to deliver all 007SMS promptly. Overseas/auto-roaming service
availability depends on local mobile network operators. |

You are wholly responsible to the content accuracy of text messages that anyone may
leave to you via this service or you may send out via our online facility. |

The charges are non-refundable under any circumstances once 007SMS has been
successfully sent regarding to system record. |

The 007SMS content is not available to recipients using fixed-line services. Customers
will still be charged for sending such content to inapplicable recipients. |

Delay in 007SMS delivery may occur due to overseas network conditions. |

While replying 007SMS via 007
Secretarial SMS Online Centre, your display number will be
generated randomly. |

Secretarial SMS Online Centre only applies to 007SMS sent to Hong Kong and China mobile. |
